I'm happy to say that I was their first customer in Kingston. Experience from start to finish was professional and seamless. Material came from the greater Toronto area on time and was delivered to my home. I couldn't be happier with the product. And it was an additional bonus that the staff are also all wonderful people. An example is that I overpaid, and they refunded me the money in the form of a check within days. This was money that I would never have known that I had overpaid. They are honest, hard-working, and provide an amazing product. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to others. And now my floors look amazing.
