I purchased the material and paid in full. The sales rep confirmed that I can return unopen package. The receptionist confirmed before I put my deposit. The boss also confirmed on the day of delivery Oct. 10. When my job is done. I have 2 pkgs left unopened. They turned their back on me and said that no return is allowed bcz it was final sale. There was no indication on the invoice that the sales is final. I am now left with $350 of goods useless to me.
