I had one of my tension spring snap and had to replace it in a hurry. I thought to replace both garage door tension springs at the same time but the guys recommended that I didn't replace the other one as it seemed to be in good shape (despite some rust and neglect). It looked like it was replaced more recently (by a previous homeowner).

Save me some coin - they lubed and tighten the garage motor chain for me me as well. Fast and efficient same day service.

Even though I was late by 30 minutes, by the time I got home, Nick had fixed the problem, which included having no access to the garage except by the broken, jammed door. He replaced the cables, lubed the tracks, and reconnected the door. Nice and easy for me! Nick was also professional and personable - I very much appreciate the work done and will call again! We were very satisfied with the service provided by Whitby Garage Doors. The spring had broken on our of our garage doors, and our garage door opener needed replacing. Our service was scheduled very quickly. Nick was on time, efficient and very friendly to deal with. We would definitely work with Whitby Garage Doors in the future!

A great experience with a Whitby Garage Doors from start to finish. Each employee, from the gentleman who helped us select the right door for us, to Wendy who booked our appointments, to Nick who installed the doors, was terrific. The company was very efficient and true to their word on the arrival and installation of the doors (installed 1 month from order date—exactly as promised). Nick had everything installed and even fixed a broken sensor (for free!) within 4 hours. Final product is exactly what we were looking for!

After our new garage doors were installed we were thrilled at how great they looked. I was surprised when I got a call weeks later to say they had received the replacement panel and were asking when they could return to install it. I thought they had called the wrong customer. There was no problem with our doors? Only after close inspection we found a minor dent, not noticeable unless you looked very hard. Which is exactly what they had done. This company has a great product and more importantly, they stand behind their work. A real pleasure to deal with. I recommend Whitby Garage Doors highly!

Broke a spring on my garage door. Looked on Homestars and found these. Gave them a call. They gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled a date right there. Turns out we could be home the following day, recheduled and they were able to acomodate us. Jobe go done very quickly at the agreed time and price. Good job guys.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Very professional and reasonably priced. A great selection of doors to choose from. Chad was super at helping us decide on what type of door to go with, very honest with his opinions, and I valued that tremendously. Our installer, Nick, was a great guy. Very quick at installation, and left no trace of our old doors behind. I was pleasantly surprised with the price for such a substantial (and great looking) door.

Great experience with Whitby Garage Doors from obtaining an estimate through to installation. Everyone was so professional and easy to work with. The install of my new door was very efficient and the quality is the highest level. My garage definitely stands out!

The install was great. One of the key bonuses was the flush mount of the flashing with the brick of the garage door. A much nicer finish than any of my neighbors...because that's what counts. I was disappointed that it has been a week with no follow up call from them as to my satisfaction. They are relying on my review here. Regardless, the install was good, the installer was polite and efficient, good job over all.

Booking the appointment was easy, and they confirmed afterwards. Technician arrived within expected window, and costs were within the originally quoted range.

Nick was absolutely fantastic. He explained the entire process to me, and thoroughly checked over the door and opener condition beyond the repairs he was there to make. He tightened and fastened all elements, and oiled/rust proofed the appropriate mechanisms. He was very friendly, and completed the service in a timely manner.

Overall, cannot say enough good about this company. They will certainly be my company of choice for any new/repair needs to my garage doors and openers! Thanks again!
