Jermaine was polite, efficient and saved us a whack-load of money. The problem was the control panel which he could have told us to replace ($400), but instead he did a simple solder repair on the panel. Whole thing took less than 30 mins. We would call him again in a second!

Cannot say enough good things about this company. My washing machine quit on me yesterday and I called JrT this morning. Jermaine came out within a few hours and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the machine. Had to work in a tight space with a dryer on top of the machine too! A ball bearing had become worn causing the drum to wobble and tear of a piece of the rubber door seal which had become dislodged and blocking the drainage. Everything works perfectly now and I was more than pleased with the results. He was super polite, efficient and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend.

Great communication, was on time, found the problem easily as it was a pipe clogged. Had it fixed it 10 minutes. Would recommend and use his services. Very mild mannered and professional gentleman.

We called Jermaine originally for only a dishwasher installation, but after the care and prompt nature of his service we also had him install a water line to our new fridge. Would highly recommend his services and definitely have his number on file for any future things that may pop up.

I renovated my kitchen and bought all new appliances, my last task was to install my microwave over the range.

I wanted to get it done asap so I went on Kijiji and found this company. As always you never know what to expect but I took a chance.

I'm glad I did from the time he called me, and said he may be a few minutes late , to his covers he put on to cover his shoes. I was impressed.

This guy Jermaine was terrific, while he was on site I had a plumber finishing off my dishwasher and this gentleman, took over and installed the dishwasher, unfortunately my plumber missed a beat so, about 30 minutes later Jerome treaked and adjusted it to make it right.

When it came to the microwave, it was almost comical how diligent he was, not just installing but finishing. He taped up the joint of the exhaust and as most people may say..that's perfect, he ran out of tape and went to his truck for probably less than 5 ' of tape, just to make sure it was done right.

I'm writing a novel here because his professionalism deserves to be recognized.

He has the skills and peoples skills to do appliance installations and repair and I would highly recommend him.

My Whirlpool top-box fridge/freezer was leaking water into the fridge. I called Jermaine and he took my call (even on a Sunday). We agreed a time on Monday (next day) and he arrived promptly at the agreed time. He quickly went to work identifying the problem, and identified it was an iced-over drain pipe in the freezer. Took about an hour to clear the whole problem and got the fridge working again perfectly. He cleaned up the excess water and we shifted the fridge back into place. I was really pleased that we got this sorted out without needing spares and so quickly (because we didn't have to take the fridge offline for too long to avoid food starting to spoil etc.).

My microwave stopped working and Jermaine came and did a really good installation. His job was more difficult than it should be because the old microwave proved to be more work than expected to get it removed from the wall. I am very happy with the work of JRT Appliance Services

My dryer stopped working. I thought it was the belt of the dryer. He came and was honest and told me it was a sock stuck in my exhaust for the dryer. He could've took me for more $$$...But he didn't. He came within two hours. And was very efficient and polite. Even vacuumed my dryer.
