I needed a new showerhead for the bathroom and came across huge selection on the web site. After consulting with company representative over the phone, I received a detailed overview of products within my budget and made my choice. Fair price and fast delivery.

I had the opportunity to deal with Nancy at the Etobicoke location. I was interested in Kohler products and they offered a fairer pricing. Nancy was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She had great recommendations about other projects I had in mind. I installed the Kohler products myself, so I didn't deal with an install crew. Their delivery was fast and without hiccups (I think the fact that they are part of Marks Supply Inc helped with the great service). I'd recommend the Etobicoke store for sure.

We paid thousands of dollars for our sinks and faucets; In less than 2 years, our $600 faucet started leaking. We were very disappointed that Watermarks did not help us to get the replacement part and left us on our own. Very disappointing customer service for the amount of money we spend there. Would not recommend them.

Every time I visited or contacted this store I was impressed with their commitment to service. They have obviously been well trained and know there stuff. The are the retail arm of a plumbing wholesaler that has been in business for 54 years. It shows. They don't have all the brands because they only partner with the best lines.

We had a great experience working with Adam at Watermarks in Etobicoke. Very professional, coordinated and timely service. After dealing with several other merchants we were frustrated by the lack of attention to detail. To simplify the process we even created a list of part numbers, descriptions and quantities for our plumbing needs. Only Adam was able to generate a quote in less than a day, with no mistakes (others had added or substituted or omitted products). His was also the best price by far. This excellent service continued throughout the process. He created a spec package off all the faucets for our plumber - which our builder said was the first time he's seen someone do that. All deliveries were prompt and as scheduled. And finally he even went ahead and called Kohler on our behalf to send us a replacement part for one of the faucets (which they promptly did!). It was very refreshing but unfortunately unusual to receive such tremendous customer service.

Would recommend Adam and Watermarks in a heart beat.

I purchased a high end kitchen faucet from Watermarks. I searched places in my neighbourhood but was less than impressed with their service. I contacted Watermarks and from start to finish they were terrific to deal with.
