Couple of weeks ago we replaced 4 windows and one sliding door. All products are very high quality. Installers Ores and Igore worked hard and finish my big project in one day except for couple of small details on a sliding door . Ores, meticulous and precise guy, returned next day and finish it in no time. Amazing job! I definitely recommend products and technicians from Window Seal West.

We just had replaced all of our 7 basement windows today, November 22, 2019. After numerous quotes and visits from window suppliers and installers in Calgary, we decided to go with the Window Seal West Inc. We are glad we did. The customer service we experienced is very positive - starting with the friendly Receptionist, Anastacia, to the skillful and accommodating Sergei and Vlad who had patiently answered our questions and addressed any concern that we had.

All the people we dealt with displayed good work ethics, honesty, and good technical knowledge about windows and doors. The price quoted by Vlad is reasonable and affordable. It may not be the lowest; but the product delivered were exactly what we ordered based on quality and workmanship.

The Team who installed our windows comprised of Anthony, the Supervisor and the Crews were Orest and Igor. Anthony did the perfect measurement and Orest and Igor did the installation. Orest and Igor arrived promptly, in fact half an hour early than the specified start time. They are very courteous, friendly, skillful, reliable, very hard worker. From start to finish, they displayed a very neat, clean workmanship. They didn’t mind going the extra mile to fix things that are not included in the job list but are essential to make the customers happy.

On installation day the team arrived on time, they were respectful of our home, covering our flooring with drop cloths, working efficiently and productively and cleaned up after themselves. We made the right decision when last year we changed windows with this company and for this reason, we did not think for a long time who would help in replacing windows this year. Ana had been very professional and informative from start to end. Signed me up to Alberta Energy Efficiency program right away, which helped me met the deadline. Kept me updated on any changes required because of one window size. Pushed my order through when I told her I'm off work at certain dates. Installers Ores and Igore showed up 30 mins early and spent 4 hours from beginning of installation to finishing up and cleaning the areas. Very polite and professional individuals. Great people to work with.

The install went very well. The installers had to be in 4 different units. They cleaned up everything. They were on time and completed the install quickly. I plan on replacing more windows in a couple of years. I will definitely use them again.

Had wonderful service. Victor and Uty were the installers. Very Professional, worked hard and were very tidy. Home feels so much warmer. Only had half of the homes windows replaced this year. I'll definately be using Window Seal West, for the replacement of the remaining windows in 2020
