Milan and the team in one day completed the whole project - replaced all the windows on my house. I was impressed with their speed, their effectiveness and especially how they left the site clean after the project was completed. I was impressed with their attention to details and the time they took to do things right. They accommodated my special request to have 10 inch jamb extension on all the windows. In addition, the quality of the windows that I purchased through Premium Windows and Doors was outstanding and the look was fantastic. Better than what I expected. Considering the great experience, beautiful and quality product, at reasonable and fair price I will definitely call Premium Windows and Doors for any future needs and recommend them to my friends and family.

What an amazing experience dealing with Milan and his team of experienced fitters. I had a few quotes from reputable window fitters that I looked up on Homestars before being referred to Premium by a friend. With the other companies I dealt with commission-based sales staff that were not fitters and had limited product knowledge in terms of what would go well in my house. I was surprised with Premium’s customer-focussed approach as they don’t employ sales folks and Milan dealt directly with me. There was a sense of security knowing that I would be dealing with one point of contact. Milan is all about doing the best possible job and providing the highest level of service in the most cost-effective way for the customer. All the windows and doors he installed are of the highest quality in relation to the price-point. Sure there may be better quality windows out there but the price would be exponentially higher for those without much value-add. From start-finish the service from Premium windows was timely, flexible, customer-centric and doing the best possible job to any budget. I would recommend Premium to anyone – in fact I already have!
