Paul/Pavlo and his team responded quickly when I had a leak in summer 2021. They fixed the problem quickly and kept my house as clean as possible in the process. Later in Jan 2022, they came back to do extensive work to remove an old stack and install a back water valve. This was a huge and messy job, but the team did their best to keep the house clean and sane - all during a covid lockdown and frigid Canada winter conditions. I recommend Drain 1 for emergencies and larger planned jobs and will use these guys again for sure. THank you!

Paul was excellent to deal with. He worked with me to try to trouble-shoot the problem with my sump pump over the phone, but ultimately he had to come over to inspect it himself. He showed me the problem, explained everything along the way, and was able to repair the pump, avoiding the costs of a replacement. Very thorough and professional.

Our sewer was backing up into the basement. We called Pavlo from Drain 1 who came to our house quickly and as promised. He diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution for us and a timetable. The next day a crew was at our house dug up part of the basement floor and part of the driveway replacing the broken pipes. The floor and driveway were repaired, the mess cleaned up and our plumbing is working once again, again as promised and on time.

Paul was absolutely fabulous! He arrived when he said he would,He was very professional, very competent and courteous. I would absolutely refer him to anyone and will certainly be engaging Paul for any plumbing work in the future.

Initially faced with emergancy back-up & basement flooding, they were on scene very quickly & fixed immediate problem & installed back water valve. As digging anyway we decidd to go ahead with replacing lead pipes. Whole job took 3 days. Their employees worked very hard and were very tidy, putting everything back in place. They also went beyond in helping us carry out damaged goods for garabage pick-up. Finally they helped direct us in applying for rebates from city, which will reduce ovrall cost.

This is the second time I've used Drain1's services. They identified my main sewage line needed to be replaced due to the old material used in the original build. They did pipe bursting and during the work, they recommended waterproofing as they encountered wet ground. Their experience and knowledge was evident in their work. They were professional, detailed, and willing to answer my questions.
I would use them again for future plumbing needs.
