We had a drain sewer backup, and they were out that night to clear it. They were back promptly to install a backwater valve as well. They were also very helpful in filling in the claim with the city of Toronto's subsidy program.

Team from Drain1 has always been friendly and have provided great customer service. We have used their services multiple times over the years, from fixing frozen pipes to installing new sinks and toilets, and have no hesitation in recommending them. A+

We had a crushed and blocked drainpipe backing up an entire line of units in an apartment building and flooding the bottom unit. Drain 1 came out at 8 p.m. with all the tools and materials required to dig up the floor of the lowest unit, find and replace the pipe, and reconnect the water. They stayed until the wee hours of the morning until the job was done with their boss on the phone monitoring every step.
We were very impressed with this level of service and highly recommend Drain 1 for any drain or plumbing needs.

When a plumbing issue comes up an appointment next Thursday wont help. Drain 1 recognizes the importance of getting on the job right away. The issue was a drain leak in an antique claw foot tub. Oleksiy arrived right on time. He filled the tub and found the source of the leak. He then proceeded to find a workable replacement part and he modified a gasket to eliminate the leak. Another plumber would have said They dont make that part any more and left me with the problem but Oleksiy took on the problem and found a solution. Drain 1 plumbers are responsive and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend them.

We were having issues with drainage both main floor and basement thinking it was one problem. The team assessed and found calcium build up in one and a tree growing in the other.
