There is no job too big for Pavlo and his team. I had to move ALL the plumbing in my bathroom to follow a new modern and sleek design. The position of both the shower and toilet had to be reconfigured. This was a big ask and Drain1 did the work quickly, correctly and below budget. 35 feet of kitchen piping was unclogged in 20 minutes. Previous plumbers spent 90 minutes and were unable to clear the pipes.

Supplied and installed a new dual flush elongated , comfort height toilet. Company responded quickly to my phone message request. Assessment was done next day, and installation done the next morning. The serviceman was personable and professional. Wouldn’t he storage to recommend their services.

Pavlo was great. He was very punctual and laid out my options and the cost, before doing any work. I like the fact that he gave me some privacy to make my decision, so I didn’t feel pressured.
