This has to be the fourth time I've used Pavlo and, as usual, he came through with flying colours. I find it such a relief to have him come by whenever we have a plumbing problem. In this case it was water gushing out of the laundry room floor drains while our washing machine was emptying. Pavlo is calm, very efficient, and he truly knows what he's doing. Also, I really appreciate the fact that he can explain exactly what the problem is and what's causing it in terms a layperson can easily understand. The problem this time was a collapsed section of clay pipe under our front lawn. Pavl fixed the problem temporarily on Monday, then his crew came by
on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and replaced the twenty feet of clay pipe that ran between our outdoor backwater valve and the city line that runs under our neighbour's driveway. The end result:
there is now new plastic pipe all the way from our house to the
