purchased sectional couch feb 1 2018 delivered following day. removed plastic to find a rip. contacted store immediately was provided phone number to send pic of damage.
been waiting ever since. called store numerous times and text number we sent pic to previously and nothing happening.. retractable screen door was broken during deliver .
never have we raised or voice or made any threats we've been as patient as possible but feel that unfortunately some sort of legal action is our only recourse. a real shame because we really liked the couch
