As a builder I use to do my own radiant heating rough-in using my in-house team, but had to outsource it because of overload. These guys came and did a much better job we could ever do. Ever since then I give all my jobs to them. They are extremely professional, fast, reliable and top quality.

My original installer wasn't returning my calls, and when I finally reached him was really reticent to come downtown for a small repair . I reached out to Radiant Sole, and they were incredibly responsive. They came in immediately to diagnose the problem, and had the replacement pump ordered and installed by the following week. Super happy to know that I can call them in the future if my in-floor heating has any issues.

One of the must-haves on the wish-list for our new house was to have in-floor heating in the basement. Roughing-in of the heating tubes had to be done way ahead in the process, so we hired a random company to complete the initial work for us quickly.

3-4 months later, when the water heater arrived, we started looking for a company that can complete the hook up and got a recommendation from our builder to reach out to Radiant Sole, and so we did.

After 4-5 months of dealing with all sorts of contractors who built our house, Sam and his team were such a refresher and BY FAR the most professional bunch. They showed up on time for our first meeting, explained the whole process to us in detail and showed the level of expertise that no other radiant heating company provided (YES, of course we reached out to 3-4 of them during selection process).

Finally, the quote that we got was within our budget and we were happy to sign into a contract with Radiant Sole.

In no time, the system was hooked up, tested and up and running. In winter, our basement is by far the warmest place in the house and we are very happy.

PS. Some time in the late spring, our electrician moved the thermostat that was connected to the in-floor heating system and didn't connect it back properly. Sometime in November, we noticed that the basement is not warming up properly, so we called Sam. Sure enough, he came by the very next day (SUNDAY!) to take a look. At first, we didn't think that the problem had anything to do with thermostat, so they tested each an every component until finally they asked me if the thermostat was moved. I almost forgot about it...

So, my in-floor heating system got fixed. Even though this was not Sam's problem, he never even hinted at that fact.

These guys' attitude is in the right place. They are young, and they believe that with each problem resolution they learn more and they become even better in what they do.

We moved into our Beaches home which had Radiant heating throughout. Some of the floors were not connected properly and Radiant Sole answered our call quickly and took an interest in setting it up properly. In order to do this, they installed a wireless thermometer on one floor and checked to ensure everything was working properly and connected properly. We were pleased with Sam's work and would recommend him and Radiant Sole in the future. He communicated well with us and came in on cost.

We hired Radiant Sole to install a basement radiant floor heating system for a new home build. The guys from Radiant Sole were extremely knowledgeable and even provided some recommendations to improve on our original radiant plans while saving us a few dollars in the process. We were shocked to see how quickly they worked - they laid the insulation and ran the pipe in less than a day (1,500 square feet). Their work was so well done that it was almost a shame to pour the concrete over the job. They returned a few months later to hook up the system to the hot water tank. They completed both in a day and the system is running beautifully. Not to mention the spiffy looking manifold in the maintenance room. They were very responsive throughout and it would be a pleasure to work with them again.
