EconoShield Windows and Doors

I would highly recommend Econoshield. The sales rep, Alex, quoted a good price, and ordered perfect windows--they look great, I notice significant outdoor noise reduction in all rooms and I'm no longer freezing in my bedroom (old window there, especially, was terrible for heat loss in winter). Dimitry was patient and addressed all my questions (I was a nervous customer). Pavel and Ernesto did the install and did a terrific job--impressed me greatly. If you have a bit of a hard time getting hold of a person at the company (and I experienced some of that) I would suggest you talk to Kelly, the receptionist (who is a gem) and have her coordinate the phone call with the applicable person. Really nice people who care about their work, supply a terrific product, at a good price, and do a great install. Thank you!

Fantastic workmanship! Quick and easy, no problems whatsoever. Windows look fantastic. Would highly recommend this product plus this company!! Very satisfied, even having installation in January. Can't say enough about the men, very respectful.

They put in a new set of garden doors off the kitchen.....the install was super clean And everything fit and worked properly.

After they left I noticed the glass panel in one door was crooked......I called them back...the installer came and took a few pictures and sent it to the manufacturer......it took a few weeks but they sent a tech out to look at the door.....he tried a few adjustments but decided that a new panel would be better.......they were back the next day with a complete door....not just the panel.....

Workers were on time, installed the windows in a day and did a complete clean up. Chipped some paint so they ran to Home Depot, got the exact color match and fixed it.

The project was professional from beginning to end. The quote was reasonable and competitive, and the products installed are of excellent quality and functionality. All installers worked efficiently, completed the work as scheduled, and showed good understanding of the products and installation process. Thorough clean up was completed after each visit. A few minor issues required service from the door manufacturer; Econoshield quickly coordinated these visits and the adjustments were timely and quick. It's easy to say that this project fully met our expectations, and actually exceeded them in some cases. The new doors and windows look and operate great. Thanks so much! Had 10 windows replaced . I was kept informed on progress of the order on a regular basics .Crew showed up on time and job was completed in a day and a half . Site was left clean .
The only problem was the follow up paper work . Once I had paid in full at the end of the job , all communication stopped . I had to request three times over two months for them to submit the energy rebate paper work to the Alberta government .

We did a lot of research and even got an estimate from a big box store here in town. Prices were similar on one piece and a little higher on the other, but after calling and talking to Kelly on the phone and dealing with Dmitri at our kitchen table, we were sold. The timeline for install was longer than we would have expected, but was accurate and good things are worth waiting for!! Alex and Ivan did a very nice, efficient, and clean job. They were done in less than the estimated time we were told and even took the old window and door with them when they left. We really like the function and looks of our window and door. We really need a front entry door, and Econoshield definitely passed the test, so we will be getting another door next year.
