He found some issues with the home I'm purchasing that will now need to be fixed before closing.

I got a new house and needed a home inspection to close the deal. A friend of mine introduced Bernardo Guerra to me and it was fantastic, he is a very professional and objective inspector, fluent in English and Spanish, he was very detailed and specific in ponting the particular issues we had to take care of on this new house. I have recommended him with, at least, two friends and they were equally satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate on recommending him again, he is a very qualified inspector and a great person.
