Bought this condo for an out of town client and realized the kitchen ducting was non-functional. Needed to rectify this without cost to client. Paul did a hassle free and great job of rectifying the system, putting in fresh ducting and getting rid of the old. Very professional and friendly service. Would recommend him without reserve.
