An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Tim's Team did a wonderful job on renovating our home of 34 years! Tim was very hands on and gave us great value for our dollar and was very patient in helping us choose materials, fixtures and tiles. He was conscious of our budget, but at the same time was concerned about the quality of the materials and workmanship. We appreciated the fact that a lot of detail was addressed with no shortcuts in painting, redirecting vents, plumbing, etc. to meet our goals.
The whole job was completed in 6 weeks and on time & on budget! We expected the cost of the work to be much higher for the caliber of the work done so we were very happy! His team took pride in their work and it showed, day after day. His team gave our home a new life and we know that it has increased its value substantially. The project was a successful and positive experience for us and I look forward to having houseguests in to enjoy the new look.

What a privledge to work for this family on 3 bathrooms at once, thank God they had a 4th. We were asked to do other work windows, doors, skylights, & small deck. What made there eating area expand was by removing 3 tall skinny windows that didnt let in much light and installing a 10' long by 6' high window. This brought the whole outside In WOW !!! Now they enjoy eating with a view. A deer wandered into yard while we were having tea, I missed a good picture ........ no battery
We finished A few days early before they had their dinner party with a Flamenco show. The Dance teacher said" bathrooms are better than a 5 Star hotel."
They refferred their son and a teacher friend
