Detailed quote. I knew exactly, in detail, what I was paying for, what I was getting, and a good idea of when I would get it. In hind-sight I am even more happy I chose First Class Fencing, because there are details of the job I would not have known without them taking the time to educate me first (e.g. how deep for fence post footings, past the frost line, concrete footings, wood types, styles, options, etc)

We moved into our new home back in the fall of 2020 and wanted a fence for this spring. Luckily we found First Class fencing from our neighbours.

Frist Class is a great description. Team was prompt and courteous and did an excellent install. Cleaned up the site, were prompt, timely and professional. I needed my two gates raised up after our landscaping was finally completed and the site supervisor came out and made the corrections without any question.

We had a 20+ year old fence torn down and replaced in Irricana, AB. First Class Fence did our initial quote virtually (COVID) and had the work booked in a few weeks later. The crew that came to the house (Paul & team) were exceptional. They tore down and put up nearly 300 linear feet of fence in less than a week. We could not be any happier with their work - highly recommended!
Not the lowest price quote we received, but with all things, you get what you pay for and First Class Fence was worth every penny!

Great product and excellent service! Henry gave us a detailed, professional quote and the fence was built on time and on budget. Minor issues were dealt with by Tyler quickly and efficiently. From the very beginning our experience with First Class was exemplary. The sales associate Tyler was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was right on time, took detailed notes and took the time to discuss our options for our fence. He answered my questions to the best of his ability and explained some of the finer points of your company with regard to quality.
As good as Tyler was, the installer, Eric, was even better. Eric was amazing. He worked quickly and efficiently, listened carefully to our requests and made certain that everything he did was to our liking. He took great care to ensure that there was minimal disruption to both yards and kept the excavation of the dirt away from the landscaped rocks and garden plants. Eric is a gentleman and a true craftsman. The end result is a solid, well constructed and aesthetically pleasing fence that will last for many years to come, built on time, exactly as promised and within the original estimate and time-frame.
