Isssues with hot water tank

I am having issues with regards to water tank which I am renting from enpure home comfort. The issue is hot water is constantly coming out of the tank. I flushed the tank 2 times but still the issue comes up. When I tried to call customer service for repair, they said there is a charge associated with it. I have been with enpure for the past 6.5 years and this is type of service these guys offer to a loyal customer. I am really disappointed by the way I am getting the feed back from their team. My little son ( 3 years old) is having so much itchy skin because of this hard water.

water heater rental completely unprofessional companyal

have a water heater rental with them...the most unprofessional company...i complained about the black particles coming in the hot water...the rep suggested me to watch youtube video and DIY...another instance i had a CO alarm went off...called them n they booked a technician for 5 pm but noone called until 3 days past n i received a call from a technician after 0300 days are past .... when argued that you are calling me after 3 days he started laughing...such a disgusting people there...i would never ever recommend anyone to this company...will do my best to get out of the contract. ...

TANKLESS WATER TANK -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SEVERVICE IS DEPLORABLE

I sold my house in 2014, to date I still have preauthorized payment coming out of my account. May - their employee stated in a email that I would no longer be charged.
Below is that email that was sent to on Aug/2014:
"After we double check everything, we apologized the over charge from your account. You are not going to get any charges after July 28, 2014, we will charge the new owner. Please email us your new address, so we can mail the cheque to you for the wrong charge.
If you have any questions, please let us know"

They are still taking money out of my account. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Tankless Water Heater

We bought a house that already had a tankless water heater and we had to take over the contract. We have had these sales people before and always closed the door on them. Guess we were right to do that. This is the biggest sm business we have ever dealt with. We called on multiple occasions stressing that we get no hot water at MOST luke warm they send out the same tech who can not communicate in english JOHN, we have had him come before. First time he replaced a spark plug of some sort. This is the second time we have had him out for the same complaint on March 27, 2015. He came in went to the sink saw there was no hot water went down flashed a light and said "There's something wrong with your pipes in the house" we said what the house has never had a plumbing issue. but to avoid looking like the idit we called a plumber on Sunday March 29, 2015 and had him check out the problem he went straight to the machine and only ran the water through the machine to see if any hot water would come out and sure enough not even luke warm water. They just won't service their HORRIBLE machine all I can say is buyer beware!!!! They are complete sc.ers. I had to call embridge because we noticed are bills were so high the lady told us it could be because we had to put the temp so high just to be able to shower and said we should defiantly be giving ENPURE a call and paying them $46/month their is no reason why they would not service their machine. Well at this point they are being smug laughing off the whole thing and keep insisting its our piping. All I can say is as a consumer I always thought ENPURE was a SM and now I can help all other buyers out there. They are a SM. Next time they come to your door tell them your happy that you have HOT water. Unfortantely with me expecting and a 4 year old daughter and husband we don't have the luxury of HOT water. we get cold 10 min showers.At this point all we have asked is to please just swap the machine for us if its our pipes than a NEW machine wouldn't work right? well they won't this company has failed the consumer and I will ensure to report this everywhere until my problem is resolved. Either I get HOT water or remove your tank so I can pay a company who will in fact service our house with HOT water!!!!
