Vision21

We purchased an older condo in downtown Ottawa that required a complete renovation. Husein, from Vision21, completed the construction work and coordinated the subcontracting of electrical and plumbing tasks. While the renovation took a few weeks longer than expected, we were in near daily contact with Husein throughout. He was very accommodating with the minor changes we requested --that regularly arise during a project of this complexity. Thank you, Husein!

Husein is an excellent project manager and contractor who coordinated and executed the renovation of three bathrooms in our home. He helped us change the layout, install new fixtures including mirrors, cabinetry, lighting, toilet, tiles and glass enclosure. The work was fantastic from start to finish including being very tidy and conscientious that we have a busy family living through the renovations, great attention to detail on the framing, installation, and tiles. Excellent and timely coordination of subcontractors including electricians, glass installation, custom quartz counters, custom cabinets, tiler... all of the team showed up, were efficient, great at answering questions and helping me make decisions... including how to make most costly and smart decisions. His strong relationships with these subcontractors was important and well done. What was really tricky about our reno was that Husein was able to take out and then reinstall the current glass enclosure, with help from glass team, while accounting for new materials, tiles, quartz... the end result was an updated and clean look that refreshed current glass materials. I would recommend Vision21 to my family and friends.

We got great advice that helped us save money on the lighting upgrades, and any changes that we made to the planned work were accommodated with minimal disruption. The team came on time and when expected, and worked diligently all the time they were here. The work was generally thorough and competent, and it was always a pleasure working with these guys. We have already scheduled another minor renovation with them in the New Year.

Husein completely gutted my main floor and re-built a beautiful open concept kitchen, significantly increasing the value of my property. Also re-did both bathrooms with excellent tile work. Husein is very fair and does not overcharge at all. Highly recommended.

We were extremely happy with the work. Husein's work is impeccable. He was very reliable, always in contact with me to let me know when he would be coming and going. Although he was busy with other projects, he was able to juggle them and keep our timeline for completion. He always left our home spotless at the end of the day. We never had to clean up from him. All garbage was brought off site. We didn't have to deal with it. We are very happy with the work and we get lots of complements from our friends on the job well done. Would definitely recommend Husein and his company. We'll use him again when it comes time to renovate our kitchen.

The ensuite was completely torn out , walls moved and bathtub removed.

A custom walk-in shower with tile walls and custom sliding shower door was created.
We supplied the tiles and Husein, with his tile crew had to make it work. They exceeded our expectations . It turned out great.

A custom marble sink and cabinets were ordered by us and Hussein did a beautiful job installing it.

Wall and ceiling with the bedroom were simply prepared and painted.

All the work was professionally done. It was a pleasure to have Husein and his crew in doing the work . The temperature was miserable at that time and we have two dogs, two cats and six handicapped children. They worked to keep the site incredibly clean and had fun working in the small space dispite the heat.
Husein always kept in touch with us and was prompt with his timing.
At the end of it all was a quick touch up with the paint.
Husein also throughout us buying the materials offered his opinion which was much appreciated.

We look forward to other adventures with them in the near future.
