jeff was very good to deal with, professional, courteous and punctual. Jeff explained why he recommended a curb unit rather than a deck mounted unit. The installation went to plan and we are very happy with the results to date.

We recently discovered that our original vinyl skylight was cracked around the edges. We called a few installers and were most impressed with Moore. Jeff was very professional, explained in detail what he was going to do and made us feel confident that he really knew his profession and took pride in his work. We were not disappointed. We have a new skylight and it was done efficiently, cleanly and it is not leaking ! He even sprayed the discolored stucco and it looks great.

As for the job, he showed up on time, worked hard and went the extra mile to ensure that the job was done to the highest level. This included using extra supplies to ensure we had a perfect seal on our windows-but did not ask for more money. He offered the best warranty, I would recommend his work to anyone who asked. We could not have gotten better service anywhere else and at the best price.

I had given thought to getting some sun tunnels ...placed on the third floor due to the. Lack Of light Jeff was knowledgeable and polite and explained the process and broke done the costs. ...I am satisfied with the job....and would recommend him to others

When our 13 year-old acrylic dome skylight started leaking during a rainstorm we were pretty worried as first-time house owners. Jeff got back to us before anyone else, and put us at ease by putting in a temporary fix very quickly while we discussed a replacement.

On the phone and in person Jeff was very professional and clear in his explanations. We particularly appreciated that he didn't try to sell us solutions that we didn't need. We asked him about variety of options, some significantly more expensive, and he explained the pros and cons of each. His quote was very reasonable.

The old skylight was removed, and a new Velux curb mount installation was done very quickly and cleanly. We didn't even need any additional interior work after it was done. Jeff also provided photos of the project which I've attached.

Overall, we were very happy with the service, pricing, and quality of Moore Skylights. We will definitely recommend them to anyone.

He took pictures of his work so that we could see what he had done for us.
His materials and workmanship are obviously much superior to our builder's.
