Jeff was very responsive and professional. He gave me very detailed descriptions of the work that he performed. He arrived on schedule and completed the work ahead of time. The work area was cleaned up afterwards. The finished product looks great. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Jeff came out to check my cracked skylight. While he was up there doing a measurement, he also made sure there was no water leaking into the house. He explained the problem clearly and the work he would do step by step. Today, the skylight was installed. Kevin, his crew chief, came on time, was polite and completed the job and cleaned up with the timeline stated. As long as it doesn't leak, I couldn't ask for anything more. Very professional. Would recommend Moore Skylight to anyone in a heartbeat.

We are very happy with our new skylight. From our first conversation Jeff explained all necessary steps and provided us with a fully detailed quote. On the day of installation, he showed up with a tarp to place under the skylight to ensure any mess was isolated. He cleaned all around the opening of the skylight and installed the new one beautifully. Jeff goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and even provided us with photos of the finished job. Jeff at Moore's Skylights, Inc. is honest, punctual, and easy to work with. He provides a quality product & quality installation. Arrived at my home on time. He replaced the skylight, removing shingles around it to make sure a proper water barrier was installed around the skylight & then replaced with new shingles. He even fixed a couple of spots on my roof where the shingles were loose or missing. Thanks Jeff!

We did make the right decision for choosing Moore Skylights to replace our old skylight. He may look young however when it comes to the work, certainly it's proven his experience and professionalism. Outstanding service before, during and after the project. Jeff took the time to prepare the site, dispose of the old material and point out how the new installation would be better. He was on time, on budget and left the site perfectly clean. Very nice to point out where some flaws were in the old design and why it was not performing properly.
