I have used this service in the past and had hit or miss on quality and attention to detail. I had not used them in over 6 months and thought I would give it a go once again! Dreadful I had to come home from work and redo all my hardwood floors to get the streaks out of it, I had to redo all appliances as they were left streaky the sink appeared to have someone wave a cloth over it hoping to clean it! Bottom line EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER I HIGHLY RECOMMNED YOU FINDING SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAN YOUR HOME.

Side note- we have a 2 bedroom condo and no kids just my wife and I and we are extremely neat, so not like they were cleaning a huge home.

Complaints to owners fall on deaf ears and they actually argue with you that your place is clean! Wouldn’t want to see their homes if they were satisfied by this quality.

Bottom line DONT USE THIS SSRVICE!

My wife has high standards when it comes to cleaning. So when I brought up the idea of having cleaners come in occasionally to ease my wife's weekly tasks, she was reluctant. But we bit the bullet anyway. On the day the two ladies arrived, I was at work. I kept texting my wife for daily updates on how they were doing. At the half way point, they were at a 7/10. But by the end, after a close inspection from my wife, the Molly Maid crew was at a 10/10. I was shocked! When I got home, I saw first hand what a great job they did. My wife was sold and they are now a bi-weekly visit for us. The ladies were friendly and hard-working. Great experience!

Had a house cleaning in prep for listing house - a few glitches, like arriving over an hour late, and attention to detail. I noticed a few things after they left that were missed, but I guess that's partly my fault for not being on top of it. Also a few things like the stainless steel fridge being worse than when they started, and a couple of cupboards left with marks that I got off with a simple spray & bit of elbow grease. The team who came were quite young, and I am guessing not as detailed, but again, maybe I should have been on the case more.

The ladies did a great job of cleaning the empty place. Made it easy for me to come along and put all of our belongings away. I'd definitely hire them again.
