We built a garage with K2 construction here is Calgary a few years ago and continue to still have issues with the garage and the craftsmen ship they provided. They were nice when we first met them and sounded professional and reasonable. After we signed the contract the costumer service all went down hill. Chasing them and calling/ texting over and over with no response. The wires left hanging out of the ceiling for the indoor lights, the garbage left in the garage every day like it was a cash can. They ate their lunch in there and left garbage all over the garage as they were building it. Multiple pieces of siding coming off because they where not even nailed in place. The garage door not put in properly and water leaking in the every winter and having to replace the dry wall from all the water. We would never recommend them to anyone we know!!!
