10 year old dryer has a new element; the technician was knowledgeable and friendly with prompt service.

We bought a dryer (1974) from the very first Otto's store. Our stove, our 2 fridges, our dishwasher, our washer & dryer are all from Otto's. Their prices are reasonable, their service is excellent, their staff are friendly & knowledgeable. What more can you ask?

We bought a new dishwasher from them. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgable, giving us information that we didn't know existed for dishwashers! We also had to order a stove part for an old stove and they were able to get the part for us very quickly, without charging alot of money.

Bought some kitchen appliances. All the staff were very helpful and they have a real service department in store. Fridge had some trouble and it was fixed promptly by a local technician.
