We called On-Time to fix our toilet as it was not flushing properly which took two visits to repair. We do not feel the problem was diagnosed adequately and the flushing mechanism is still not working 100%. We are hesitant to call On-Time back because of the cost to have a repairman come out a third time. On-Time was quick to respond but we are not completely happy with the result.
