Action Jackson Landscaping

Hired Action jackson Landscaping to maintain my property for the 2017 season. Although it started off good, it rapidly declined. Compqny was hired to install new sod in the front and backyards. Both yards were not leveled properly, not enough topsoil (aparently original soil was good!!), sod improperly laid in backyard. Sprinkler company had to come back and readjust heights of sprinklers as grass was not level with stone walkway. Grass started to die in backyard and teied to call company but no response to calls or text. Poor service overall and even suggested my neighbour hire him as well. Once I parted way with his services I asked for a pro-rata refund and he responded with the name and phone number of his lawyer! Amateur!! Be aware or ask for references from this company before hiring.
