We used Simply Home Downsizing for home organizing and de-cluttering, as we get ready for a renovation. They were responsive, professional and friendly. A true pleasure to deal with!

Rarely have I been so impressed by anybody, let alone an entire team of professionals. They maned the decluttering process, leveraged my own furniture and added the necessary pieces to create a home so beautiful, I has second thoughts about selling it. They worked wonders with the finishing touches to create an overall look and feel I would not have thought possible. Their team was highly efficient, courteous, professional and talented. Pauline and her team came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. Within hours of my initial call Pauline arrived at my house. She formulated a plan to organize, purge, pack and move me just a few days. At 7am the next morning her team arrived full of smiles and ready to go. They were incredible to work with. Wow! I still pinch myself when I walk into my garage! Jeff and Leah were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. They decluttered and organized the space so that I can see and reach everything. Now there's enough room to park two cars! From the bottom of my heart I can't thank you enough! The team were able to pack up our apartment efficiently, with great labels and no breakage on moving!
They were terrific to work with, and since we were not quite ready, helped with sending items for recycling or donating.
We even got them to help with unpacking, which was invaluable for the kitchen, and made much easier since they had packed and labeled everything.
We used 2 days of service for packing, and 1 for unpacking.

From Staging my home for sale t o packing All to coordinating with the movers, All was done with the most care and Professional attention to my wishes and details. Pauline and her Staff are a joy to work with plus takes care of all eventualities making the moving process so very less stressful. Rosalind hit the bullseye when she estimated it would take 3 days to tackle my priority areas: Bedroom, study, living room and storage closets plus hanging of Art pieces.

Flavia and Leah spent 6 hours on each consecutive day laying out the items to be culled, walking with me through each item and storing it in the most appropriate location.

I broke my pack rat habit, learned the process and look forward to finishing off culling my non-priority areas.

We had a 100% positive experience with Simply Home. We had been referred to them for our major home uncluttering project. Although we opted to do our own packing so that we could concurrently decide about items to donate or recycle, we relied on Jeff for excellent advice and guidance about the packing, moving and storing arrangements. There were a few parts to our move and, thanks to Jeff and his team, it was planned and executed smoothly and efficiently. Jeff is truly client focused. He was attentive to our specific needs and identified what best met them. He was always prompt, helpful and friendly when responding to our questions.
