General Contractors review in Simcoe County

Also goes by Payless 4 Granite. This guy will tell you he's coming at 9am and show up @2pm then work for 2 hrs before leaving again. The workmanship is poor. The tiles are buckling in my backsplash and grouting isn't right. He was 1 month over his promised deadline. Threatened to leave the job midway even after payment. He is rude and unpleasant to work with. I filed court papers but didn't end up going through with it because the job was done finally. I would never ever ever recommend him to anyone. He is an example of the horror stories you hear about contractors

Beware , our worst installation ever. Countertop cracked, not supported under area. It took one year and a small claim settlement to replace. During retrofit caused more damage to home, basement ceiling punctured by sink plumbing.
