I hired Chrysalis Renovations to do a whole house remodel and I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with this company. From start to finish, they delivered an outstanding renovation that overall exceeded my expectations. I was truly impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. The team was always approachable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They asked for my input at each stage, making me feel like a valued partner in the process. They worked diligently while maintaining a clean and safe environment, minimizing any disruption to my daily routine - I appreciated that especially because I work from home so it was great to know that Chrysalis could work around my schedule. Overall it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Not only was Andrew highly professional, observing the correct COVID protocols, but the service was exceptional. Without a doubt I would recommend Chrysalis Construction for all future services be it a big or small job.

I used them before for an all day jobs and was quite satisfied. I paid for the work. However, a problem arose with part of that job. It would take about an hour to fix. Two appointments made and I have been bumped twice now. Not happy as the last time I took time off work waiting for them. If it is a relatively large job, they are on time, do good work, but a small job expect to the bumped.

Andrew contacted me by text confirming his arrival time. He arrived on time and completed the work requested. He also took the time to update my iphone with the app as well as my echo show. He took the time to explain the features available. When he left I had nothing left to do and it works great.

I was happy with the service of Chrysalis Construction from the beginning of the renovation process. The estimate was very detailed and professional. The owner of the company, Edgar, is knowledgeable, professional, and at the same time friendly. The renovation of my basement was well managed. I feel they understand my questions and my priorities. My basement looks exactly what I was looking for. I will recommend this company.

My Wife and I are so pleased with the work Walt did with our basement reno. Walt was very professional, he came in the morning and worked until it was time to go home everyday.
Ben made sure the material was here and ready for the next stage of reno. Both working together, to get reno finished in a timely fashion. Christine works in the office and she was just a real gem to work with. Everyone very pleasant and ready to listen and make changes when we had any concerns.
