Experience took a dive after I paid the first deposit. Seems incredibly disorganized and none of the employees seem empowered to pick up the phone or return an email themselves, everything goes through the principal.
Because of their lack of communication, my plans are still not approved almost one year after the design was locked. It went downhill fast in January, completely unacceptable, and at this point I'm not beyond the notion of thinking I've been had.
They own multiple companies - GTB, Greater Muskoka Builders, Renowise - all the numbers are disconnected.
