We had a cracked ceiling which leaked. We realized that the roof needed to be replaced. I got quotes from $1600 to $5000. Eventually contacted Caroline who was very responsive and arranged for Alan to come take a look. He was very genuine, soft spoken, took a good look at the roof and advised us, with no sales pitch, but like a friend. Their quote came in in the middle, including a front porch. Because of the leak they were able to rearrange their schedule to accommodate us sooner. They came on time, did the job professionally, cleaned up, and explained everything they did, not rushing. The bin was picked up the next day as promised. You really feel like you're their only customer. Neighbours came by and commented how they did a very good job and how nice it looks. We are very pleased with Caroline, Alan, and crew, and highly recommend ASmartroofltd...if you want the job done properly and with people who care, and reasonably priced.
