I had a front door and storm door installed by Custom Direct. The closer on the storm door failed within 6 months and Custom Direct will take no responsibility for fixing it.

To be honest we are quite surprised to learn that you feel this way since Friday the owner made arrangements to come out and take a look at your storm door and do the re adjustment free of charge.
The storm door closer has nothing to do with our company and this product has been installed for over a year ago there were no problems with the product prior to this.
Feel free to contact us during warmer weather this week and as per the agreement the owner will be happy to come out and do the re adjustment as planned.
