Dennis did my home inspection when I moved in 3 years ago. I was very satisfied with the work he did then. I found out that he is also qualified in doing Radon testing as well. I called him and his response was immediate. I know that Radon coming into the home is a killer causing cancer.
Dennis set up his equipment and explained what the effects of Radon is on the house occupants well being if the reasons are high or low.
Two days later he came back and picked up his equipment in order to anyilize the readings. The same day Discovery home inspection emailed me the results.
The best $275.00 I EVER SPENT.
The good news was the Radon levels were at a very exceptible level.
