I contacted Rob, based on a referral from a friend. He was courteous and helpful on what type of garage door we required. He advised us the garage door was ordered and would be 3 weeks to arrive, so we were pleasantly surprised when he called within a week and a half and scheduled our installation. I would recommend Rob and Direct Overhead Door to anyone. Great product, quick installation, and great customer service!
