Premier installed a patio door for us in February. The patio door itself was fine, but there was a problem with the screen. It wasn’t sliding very well because the frame was slightly too large. We mentioned this to the salesperson, Michelle Cote, when she did a follow up call to see if we were happy with the new patio door. When she heard this, she forwarded our complaint to the owner, who contacted the manufacturer, Kohltech. They arranged for a representative from Kohltech to do a site visit. They manufactured an entirely new screen at no charge, which was installed after a few months' delay. Now it works perfectly, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the products and service, except for the delay in installing the replacement. We contacted the owner several times for updates regarding the installation of the new screen. Michelle Côté, the salesperson, is excellent; she is very knowledgeable about their products, make useful suggestions, and followed up to ensure we were happy with the door she had sold us. I would highly recommend this company and their products.
