Signing up with this Safety Alarm company has been an absolute nightmare from day one. I can't emphasize enough how much of a mistake it was to entrust them with our safety and security needs. Their service has been nothing short of disappointing, frustrating, and a complete waste of time and money.
Save your time, money, and peace of mind by steering clear of this disaster of a company. Your safety and security deserve better than what this company has to offer.

Don't listen them what they are saying 1 or 2 year contract please READ 6 LINES of #3 term of agreement otherwise you will be trapped for auto renewal contract. if you want to cancel you have to pay for the rest of years.

After 5 years that i have been with them, I can defiantly recommend them. Every time we need help with our alarm system, they are always there to help us, yesterday our alarm went off and they called us immediately, It was an attempt to break-in and thanks to their fast response nothing happened, Very happy customer

Safety Alarm installed for me Honeywell alarm system and security cameras, the technician was awesome and super professional,
their rates are fantastic, i read the agreement and everything explained to me exactly as it was written. very excited to use my new security system, Thanks.

I have used their services 4 years now and i'm very satisfied, the installation done professionally , their response time is very quick and it is very affordable monthly rate, overall i have a really good experience using their services.

Do not sigh contract with this company,
Their salesman told you that it was a 12 month-agreement at $9.99/month. The salesman crossed out the 60-month agreement and wrote down 12 month on the paper. Hidden within the 4 and 1/2 pages with 46 terms and conditions were some devil traps. Traps including that if you do not terminate the contract with the first 6 month, then the 12 month contract would become a 60-month contract, and also that after 12 month, the service fee would go up by 150% without your consent. He will also tell you that you are getting Instrument free, but it is not true.

Of course 99% of the people just pay attention to the length and price of the agreement and do not have 45 minutes to study the 46 terms and conditions printed on the 4 and 1/2 pages paper while the salesman stand beside you and push you to sign it.

Advice: stay away from this company. Or spend 45 minutes to study the terms and condition or get some legal advice before you sign the contract

My story is consistent with the rest of the bad reviews here, trucked my ex into signing the contract said it’s for 1 year and when we moved they told me I can transfer it with me for end of the year and then it’s done. When I contacted at the time of expiration they told me it’s too late it’s automatically renewed for a year, and all my attempts to cancel/contact them were ignored. Lior, the guy who originally sold it to us (claiming it was an annual contract) disappeared and David the other guy who contacted me later were not responding to the numbers they gave me originally. then after 2 years I got fed up and told my bank to block their payments they called with threats telling me I’m Apperantly under 60 months contact and can cancel if I pay the rest of the amount upfront threatening that I will regret if I don’t. Now they have sent the case to the collection agency just because I refused to give into their bs and refused to be bullied by them.
BEWARE and STAY AWAY from them!!!!

worst company ever, just like all the other reviewers i had the same experience. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM.
we Had Door to Door sale person selling their services he scratch out 60 months and wrote 12 months on it so made it look like 12 months contract,but read the fine print that sales person doesn`t explain they automatically renewed it for another 36 months and i even asked the sales person if i can cancel this after year anytime and he said yes after 12 months i can cancel it anytime i want, so after 18 months i called to cancel it but then the guy is telling me that it has been renewed for 36 months without any reminder or authorization to me, their customer service is worst, only one number listed on their website which nobody ever answer, no body ever replies email, we had some false alarm and nobody ever called to check on us if everything was ok. really doggy company.. really rude people.. you`ll get stuck do not sign with this guys i cannot insist enough.

Yes thats all I can say about them. I am one of there many victims of contract. I shifted 2 accounts with them as they said they are the cheapest one in the business. I didn't realize they are inexpensive in there wording not in price. When I called them to check the person on the phone was really rude and told me that he is gonna sue me if I cancel the contract, Which I signed so he can but the person who signed me up never let me read the contract and keep saying that it will stay the same throughout. Also the sales rep's phone is not working anymore.
Only thing is please be aware of this kind of ppl. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
