Alexei called and arrived several hours before the original appointment which please us, BIG time. He did an excellent job solving our problem and cleaning up after himself. All in all I would highly recommend Alexei to anyone requiring his services.

I needed two shut off values for my laundry and a p-trap underneath my kitchen sink replaced. Alexei was responsive and professional. His communication through the process was very good. He returned my call for service within a few hours and showed up the next afternoon on a Saturday to do the repairs. He requested photos of the issue and contacted me to let me know when he was on the way. At my home, Alexei was focused on the task, kept the workspace clean and took time to answer my questions. His work quality was very good and his prices were fair. I would recommend Alexei for your plumbing repair needs.

Alex was quick to respond to my service request. He came one evening to evaluate the work required, and he mentioned he could make time to complete it two days later.
He came in the promised date. He was on time. And looking at the way he performed the work I could tell he has plenty of experience.
The quality of his work exceeded my expectations. He puts a lot of attention to details, not only performing the project but also cleaning up the site after finishing.
The job was completed at the budget he initially gave me. I would undoubtedly hire him again.

I am a person who didn't give public reviews. But I have to say this.

We were having issues with 3 toilets for past one year, and was having high water bill. I wanted to give a try and got Alex's number and he showed up the same day. To my delight, he troubleshooter all the three toilets and he did the minor fixes on the two toilets and for one toilet, he changed the fill value. He is so spontaneous and very well aware of what he is doing. Really appreciate your service, Alex!

Had a broken garden tap to be replaced. He was first to respond to my request, came on the day as agreed. Job done quick and perfect. Happy with the outcome.

Had a little flood last night in the basement by the main drain - seems the kitchen drain pipe had broken at the junction to main drain. I did a quick google search for reputable plumbers in Mississauga and City Rooter came up. Thanks to Homestars good review of City Rooter, I had no hesitancy to book an appointment with Alex from City Rooter. I email him a photo of the problem - got a reasonable quote for repair - Alex was here within 2 hours and fixed the problem in 30 minutes - I can recommend City Rooter and will use them again (hopefully not too soon :)

Alexei contacted me with an hour of posting the job and he arrived a couple hours later. He did a very clean and professional job and also installed a bleed valve at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend.

I had a Thanksgiving emergency and called City Rooter Sunday night. Alexei came Monday morning as promised as fixed the issue so fast. So thankful as I was without water the previous night!

Came and did the work neatly, replaced more pipe than planned but didn't charge extra. All transactions pleasant and efficient.
