Inder came in with his crew and knocked it out. I also had a skylight added. His price was reasonable and his work was great.

He dropped off samples, guided me to the most reasonable option and added a harness tether as a recommendation so we could be safer in the future when being on the roof (his suggestion).

He also came back weeks later to paint a smoke stack on the roof so it would match (again something he just did because it would look better).

They did a excellent job to replace the roof membrance and several skylights. Job well organized and complete on time and . Thank you for their dedicated works and attitude.

The boss, Inder, was straightforward and easy to communicate with. I was concerned about my garden, much of which is right up against the house, and they were very careful with it. The guys worked quickly but with attention to detail. The finished product is beautiful. There was one surprise that raised the cost unexpectedly: a second roof was discovered below the one that was visible, so they had an extra day's work stripping down to the plywood, but we negotiated a fair price for that. This is an honest company and I would trust them with your job.

Reliable, hard-working, and met all deadlines. Showed up when they said they would. Communicated when weather was poor and had to stop work. Came in on budget. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a very bad woodpecker problem with the birds pecking holes in our cedar siding at the top just below the soffit. Inder provided a fair quote for 1x8 cement board installation around the entire top story. His crew had the boards up within a couple of days. The job looks very good. I highly recommend Inder and his crew.

We are happy with our new roof. Gurinder and his dad did a great job. We had replaced our cedar shake roof with GAF Timerline Ultra HD shingles. Canam Roofing just replaced my roof and I can confirm that they do quality work. They finished the job on time, cleaned all their mess and the roof not only looks great but I can rest easy knowing that they back up their work with a 10 year warranty. Gurinder and his father did a great job with our roof repair. Gurinder was very professional throughout all of our interactions from providing the quote to completing the work on the day he had stated. Gurinder and his father replaced the flashing around the chimney, de-mossed the roof, and cleaned the gutters as well. I really appreciated the fact that they were able to do the de-mossing and gutters as some other roof repair companies do not offer this service.

Gurinder took the time to show us samples, offer his suggestions and even drive the neighbourhood to point out some colour and pattern possibilities. Ours was a tough job. High, steep roof with layers to be removed, plywood sheathing to be installed and shingles laid. The Canam quote was not the cheapest, but was reasonable. Gurinder was able to finish, just in the nick of time. His crew worked through hot summer days to finish. The roofing results were excellent and the additional construction repairs needed were satisfactory. All in all we are very pleased with the result. And after a gusty autumn, a record snowfall winter and a record rain spring, I can say the roof has stood up to the elements. Thanks Canam.
