Solid Eavestrough

My Victorian house is tall (three storeys) and the downspouts visible from the street were wrong on three counts: led into city drain instead of onto lawn; high diagonal joined two to become one; sand colour was eyesore. He came promptly, gave intelligent suggestions, and called back for appointment when weather suitable. Work done effectively, he checked my preferences at several points, left the site clean. Highly satisfactory.

Gutter fell down and was hanging by a single nail. Yaron came out quickly and got the job done for a competitive price. I would not hesitate to call him again if the need arises again.

My downspout had disconnected and I was in need of an immediate repair. Luckily, Tip Top Eaves was ready and willing to assist with my problem. They were fast and friendly and they had also offered 2 year warranty with the work. 100% satisfaction! The downspout is solid and looks amazing! This company is highly recommended!

Yaron was excellent to work with. We had a long drain pipe running down the addition of our home that was clogged, and Yaron came on a chilly Sunday to check it out. He unhooked the drain and was very thorough with his work. He explained everything he was doing and let me check out the quality of his work. He was friendly and courteous and I can't recommend him enough. I would certainly call him with any future issues with our eaves!

Yaron came by my home on a sunday and assesed the situation.He called me back with the proper fix and appropriate quote.

Amazing service! I called in the morning to book an appointment. Everything g was fixed by 5 pm the same day. Very smooth and easy service and the quality of the work was great. Definitely recommend Tip Top to everyone.

They came by this past fall (2016) and did an OK job cleaning out the eavestroughs. From past companies I've had doing this, I was surprised Tip Top Eaves didn't use any water to flush out any remaining debris and check for leaks.

What bothered me the most is they said they would check the condition of my roof while up there.They told me I had a couple years left on my roof, but they obviously didn't do a thorough job looking. A month later, I had a leak in my roof from worn out shingles and need to replace the whole roof soon.

Yaron has done an excellent job replacing our broken downspout.

Very high, tightly spaced victorian home. Difficult job, it included the removal of improperly installed gutter guard. Yaron was extremely friendly, respectful and proficient. Will call on him again with no hestation.

Top notch customer service. I called Yaron on a Saturday and even though he wasn't working, he did call me back in the evening. I needed someone to come and clean our eavestroughs because the water from the roof wasn't clearing itslef in a way that I liked. Also, the timing was crucial as it recently started getting cold enough where it may not be feasible to go up on the roof to do this type of work.

Yaron was very accommodating with my request. We worked out an agreed upon time a few days later. He even called the day before to make sure that based on the predicted weather it was feasible to come over to do the work.

Yaron arrived promptly, completed the job safely and quickly, all while being truthful. He found roof debris where the problem area was, cleaned it up and gave me some tips for the summer. Overall, 10/10.
