Brett and Crystal are business owners. The installation was requested for the living room. The initial request to set media devices, audio components, computer etc. was reviewed by Brett and some suggestions to improve the initial project were provided. Suggestions in respect of efficiency of space use, access to devices, aesthetics of the final outcome. I used several suggestions from Brett to improve my project. Brett and his business partner spent two full days on setting living space and setting up some components of the system in basement mechanical room. At the end of the day on the main floor we left the receiver and Shaw box and the rest of the media components were installed in basement [computer, gaming console etc.]. Wires were hidden behind walls. I'm more that satisfied with professional, polite and patient attitude Brett brought to the table. All questions were answered in timely fashion with expected level of expertise. Finally it was interesting to see how partners in life were able seamlessly organize the communication process and work well as a team. For the effort, time spent and budget I would recommend Active Audio Video as your home media installer.

Brett and his wife came over last Friday evening to mount my plasma TV. I found him on Kijiji and honestly didn't know what to expect.

I was very pleased with the service. Brett and his wife employed the same care and expertise I would expect from a commercial installer. Brett explained what he was doing, showed me the different options for mounting, was able to install the power and HDMI cables in the wall and ensured everything was perfect before leaving.

I can't say enough good things about him and his company. For the price he can't be beat!
