Home seems fine when you buy it. Home inspection went fine too. However, anything that you try to claim through the warranty company will get denied. Even frost on the inside walls in the basement! Apparently this is due to condensation, not the fact that the spray foam was not done right, leaving a huge gap for moisture to get in. Poor construction is the problem but the builder will come up with every lame excuse imaginable to blame the home owner. The Progressive home warranty is a joke when they rely on the builders opinion for all claims instead of sending an unbiased professional to come confirm the homeowners concerns. Long story short, this builder is not recommended.
