360 Duct Cleaning

I made appointment 3 weeks in a advance. they never showed up. I called few times to find out what is going on and it comes from " they come later" to " we have no technician today on a field". If you want appointment we could give it to you in 2-3 weeks. I ask money back. They do not do that. Do not use they are not reliable.

Company came out and told me that they could not do the Job because I needed other work done before they could clean it. I called 360 for a refund and they said that they would send another person for a second opinion. That person was scheduled twice but never showed up. It's been a month and no refund, furthermore I attained a different company who cleaned the ducts and mentioned that there were NO issues with my air system that would prevent them from doing the work.
Beware.

I was contacted by 360 and they had to reschedule our initial appointment which was no big deal. On day of service, they showed up 45 minutes after the window they provided. Again, no big deal, but I like punctuality. The van had a different company name on the side of it, so apparently 360 subcontracts out their work. The 2 workers were friendly enough but appeared to be in a hurry. They carelessly let their hoses rub and smack against the drywall in my house, vents were not replaced to their secured original positions, they did not clean the vents in my basement, there was no furnace inspection completed or mentioned by the crew, and after they left I found that my exterior dryer vent was dented with chipped paint where they inserted their electric brush. My groupon was $49 and I paid an extra $20 for the additional return. So I am not out a huge amount of money, but I still would expect and appreciate a little more pride and attention to detail from professional company.

The worst experience ever!!!!!!
We bought a groupon and Scheduled our appointment 2 months in advance, And I am going to keep it short it took them 5 extra hours and 4 phone calls to come to our house, and even though we were told on the phone there aren't going to be any additional costs, they quoted us an extra 200 and some bucks and would not want to do the work that was promised unless we pay the extra money. Wasted a lot of time for nothing and have to try to get my money back from groupon.
