Canada Wide Security

We had the ADT system installed this morning and although I don´t usually write reviews about service, I was so impressed that I asked for an email to send in a review for the excellent service we received. First of all Henry B, the Manager, was exactly on time which is very unusual and it was a pleasant surprise. He explained everything in an understandable and concise manner, shared other options that we could add, and not only demonstrated the system but also had us work it while he was here. He was very professional, courteous, and patient with my questions. You are definitely a tremendous asset to your company. Thank you for such a positive experience with the installation of the ADT security system. We will share our experience with our neighbors.

I am very happy with the installation process. The technician arrived on time and quickly and smoothly explained us the installation process. He then proceeded to the work keeping us informed of every step during the process. At the end he gave us a comprehensive tutorial on how to operate the system correctly. I don´t think there would have been anything more we could have asked. He was truly wonderful.

Canada-Wide Security, an authorized dealer of Reliance Protectron, completed a thorough risk assessment of our security needs and provided us with various options. The visit by their sales manager, Hanif Baig, at our home proved to be very invaluable and was a key factor in choosing them over other competitors. He was very knowledgeable, focused on meeting our needs and provided a security system that was price competitive. Their technician did a great job of installing the wireless system and cameras and explaining how to operate it. We also found Canada-Wide Security and Reliance Protectron to be very responsive in rectifying a problem shortly after the security system became operational – both companies have proven to be very customer focused.
