Smart Blinds And Flooring

When I moved in to my house I needed new blinds throughout and I hired Smart Blinds and Flooring after walking in to their store on Yonge. They did an excellent job of each and every room so when I bought a condo to rent I went straight to them and they did the entire condo as well. They’re really very good, I can’t tell how good they are. The kind service I got from Sam was exceptional and they gave me an excellent price without even bargaining. In one of the rooms they had made a slight mistake and without me even asking they replaced it for free and made sure it was the way I wanted. They took a loss because it was already measured and cut to the window but they realized it wasn’t the exact same one I had liked so they replaced it for free and I think that is exceptional customer service.

Smart Blinds and Flooring set up blinds throughout the house based on what we chose when Sam came over and showed us all our options. He really laid out our choices, he was very friendly, answered all our questions and helped us out without a doubt throughout the whole experience. There were even a couple things we needed some follow up on, so I called and he came back same the day to help.

It's hard to find someone with so much integrity like Sam, the owner of Smart Blinds. The custom wood blinds came out beautiful. We had some repairs to be done and he came immediately to take care of them. He is so professional.
