Too Expensive!!!!

George n team arrived on time n did great job. For George n team: 8/10
We ended up hiring this company. Six hours of work costs $3000 with material that means 400/hr for labour + extra for closet+ HST. So before hiring think deep n be wise.that’s way lot of money...400/hrs
Painting does not have to be done in a day.. we can always keep aside couple of days for it.
Also, whatever sales guy offers you ask him to give you in a written.
Let’s find good people like George around or locally without approaching company.

Approximate cost of services:
$3,000.00

Company Response

Hi Karan. I'm truly sorry you feel this way. To be factual, the quote only called for 4 painters but we actually sent 5 highly skilled painters to your home which is why the project took six and not eight hours. All of your trim required special priming and we applied a premium grade paint which retails for over $80 a gallon. I can also see from our Salesforce CRM the quote was both emailed to you and printed/presented on the day of the quote 3 days prior to the project.

Yes, we are a premium painting service provider. To deliver the quality and service our amazing clientele demand, and we deliver on day after day, does cost a little more to provide. We will not apologize for this.

Part of what our discerning clients pay for is the recruiting, vetting and training of highly skilled painters so our customers can rest assured trained professionals are coming into their home. We also insure them and our clients to an above average industry requirement. 99% of independent painters/teams do not pay the WSIB for their employees or carry a 2 million liability policy and a $10,000 bond. Trust me, we check. I also know this because with a team of 20 painters we have had over 200+ painters come through our company who have not met our standards.

I think it is fair to say you posted this poor review (our first/only all year) because when you tried to short-pay $91.00 on your invoice I had to insist we be paid in full considering we went above and beyond the original quote to ensure we painted everything you "thought" would be painted but was not written or quoted on your contract.

We do this often when clients do not read their contract to ensure their happiness to the very best of our ability. We only ask we be paid in full at the completion of the work.
