The dryer was broken so we called the company to fix it. He came very quickly and was able to fix the dryer in no time. He was respectful and went above and beyond to explain how to clean my washing machine.

Mayor (the Technician) was amazing. Extremely efficient, considerate and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem without hesitation and his work area impeccable. He provided a written estimate before starting and a final invoice after repair was done. The communication with the company was efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Fast service, and I was saved unnecessary costs (he could have easily charged us for a part but instead told us a little bit about maintenance).

Serge was the gentleman who came ro assess and repair the element on my glass top stove. He made an assessment; (actually showed me where my burner had burnt out), ordered the part and then 1 week later returned to replace it. The office was efficient and Serge was excellent!
I highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again if needed and refer to my friends and family!
Funny side note....Serge even didn't mind when my large dog tried to play with him!

Everyone I dealt with were very professional. They had a technician call me to answer my question as to whether my problem was fixable or not (or did I need to buy a new range?). This was refreshing as most repair service companies insist on sending someone to do a diagnostic and charging you which could have cost me $90+ and if it was not repairable, that would have been money down the drain. The technician I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. They diagnosed the problem from a photo I sent, and went out of their way to get the parts needed for a quick service visit to fix the problem. The technician that came was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely use this service again.
