Fix provided reliable service, first class work and excellent customer relations. Serge diagnosed the problem, installed the new part and provided excellent service.
While there was a delay in receiving the part, I was informed about the order status in a respectful and efficient manner.
Also, as an authorized dealer for my brand of washer, Fix Appliance had priority in accessing the new part. Thank you Fix Appliance for providing the necessary repairs for my washing machine.

Dishwasher repair

Appliance Repair review in Innisfil

The best and most efficient service! After using another company to come and install our dishwasher 3 times and still not having a functioning appliance we were extremely frustrated and defeated. Fix Appliances came highly recommended. We called got an appointment almost immediately, Serge came out and not only fixed our dishwasher in a very timely manner, he made adjustments to what was already done and made it look better, explained everything to us, gave us advice on how to protect our appliance and care for it, also offered advice on other appliances and was very professional. I can't say enough for how happy we were with Serge's service. We appreciate your time.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants it done right and the first time.

Built-in refrigerator (freezer) repair

Appliance Repair review in Toronto

Fix Appliances were able to come same day (on a Sunday!) and complete the repair to my Blomberg freezer, which was pooling water in the interior and had serious ice build up. Eduard is an experienced technician who was clear, patient, and competent in explaining exactly what the issue was—a broken temperature sensor, which was impairing the automatic defrost function. I hope I don’t need to call Fix again for other repairs, but if I do I would not hesitate to. So relieved to have found a reliable resource who got the job done.
