Vp Cleaning Services

I called for a deep clean of my fathers house. They did an excellent job. Cleaned thoroughly and were very easy to get in contact with. I would use their services again.

We use Valentina's cleaning services every other month (on average).

There's 3 main reasons we like their services:
Reason #1:
We like the service because they are fully licensed, bonded & insured. There are other cleaners out there for cheaper, but you take that risk as they are likely not properly bonded/insured.

Reason #2:
The cleaning products that they provide & use are safe for kids & pets (we have a small dog), eco-friendly, natural and hypo-allergenic. It's also not a harsh chemical so it is safe to use on our Ceasar Stone kitchen counter top.

Reason #3:
I only need to provide my own vacuum cleaner and a large black garbage bag and paper towels to the cleaner. They bring the other cleaning supplies (like mop, bucket, rubber gloves, cleaning products & solution).

Based upon our house size (detached home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms), we had the option of having 2 cleaners at a time, which cuts down the total time by half or having 1 cleaner each time, which means the overall cleaning time takes longer. The price is the same regardless of which option is selected. We've done both options.

*note* - we have an unfinished basement for storage and the cleaners do not go down there.

Cleaning the house always seems to be a lower priority to everything else going on in one's life.
Even more so lately as I have been experiencing health issues that prevent me from being on my feet for more than a few minutes at a time.
My wonderful wife has been taking care of everything for me and our young son, but with Christmas fast approaching, and a project coming to fruition at her full time job cleaning the apartment in preparation for a family visit in 2 days, rightly kept getting bumped down the priorities. The stress was heightening, so I made the decision to get someone in to clean the apartment for us.
VP Cleaning services offered 24 hour booking through their great looking website, and advertised last minute booking. (family coming in 2 days remember)
Online Ordering was SUPER SIMPLE and very clear.
I called because I was concerned there wouldn't be any availability in such a short time frame, but had my concerns eased when Set was able to confirm right away that it looked like there was availability. Confirmation would come in the morning.
I had a pleasant conversation with Valentina in the morning and all was set for the early afternoon (SAME DAY!)
10 minutes early, Sofia and Alla knocked at the door. After a very quick walk around the apartment, they were down to work.
Certainly a better job than I would have done (even when healthy). Our bathrooms and kitchen are cleaner than the day we moved in!
Great job and even faster than expected.
Going to have a great family gathering tomorrow in a very clean house!

Valentina's service is amazing. Everyone is very nice and has great attention to our needs. The house is always very clean and treated with care. Irina is honest, polite and very nice as well as accomoding for everyone in our house. thanks for your help!

We bought a house and suddenly had to put mine on the market. I needed a service to get here quickly and do a deep cleaning. I contacted several places on Homestars without a response, except for Valentina.
She replied the same day, gave me a quote and dropped by the following day to see the house. We booked a date for the job and I was so impressed.
Lina and Christina were complete professionals and did everything needed in 3 hours. They arrived on time and went right to work with my list. This included washing the inside windows, the shutters and baseboards. The house was immaculate, everything was sparkling clean.

The price was for 2 people for 3 hours including tax. I found this to be very reasonable.

I'm moving too far away to continue using VP Cleaning, but will use them once I move, in order to let the new people have a spotless house to move into. I will always recommend VP and Valentina to anyone who needs the service. Thank you.

I can't even describe how lucky I feel to have found Valentina's Professional Cleaning Services. There are so many cleaning services out there and I will be honest, I really struggled to find one that truly performs on the level of its website description. From the moment that I first called Valentina, I knew that I can trust her company. She was very articulate on the phone and took her time to explain to me what her company's services include and how their pricing works. She is very tolerant and what I loved most is that she was willing to accommodate my needs 100% while keeping in mind my budget. And when it comes to the cleaning service...let me put it this way: I was jumping up and down out of happiness how clean my apartment was. I practically fell in love with the look of my apartment.
When it comes to re-scheduling of services, Valentina has always been very patient with me and has always given her best to accommodate me even then. There hasn't been a time where she would not return my calls or e-mails, if I couldn't reach her.
VPCS is the best cleaning service company that I have had thus far and I really don't ever want to look for a new one again.
