I used Vel on two separate occasions during my basement development. Once to replace my basement windows. Shower glass and bathroom mirror. Both times I was very happy with the service and the pricing from Vel. I've already recommended them to others I know and would use them again.

We needed a couple of old basement windows replaced. Randy showed up on time and was extremely helpful in deciding the best style. Kim in the office kept me up to date with installation and timelines and the boys who did the installation were professional and did exceptional work. Would highly recommend them for any future work!!

They were very responsive in providing us with some options and a few quotes for our glass so we got to choose the option that works best for us. For our appointment they arrived on time and the measurement of the shower was done super quickly. Again, very responsive whenever we had any question related to either installation date or payment.
The installation was very smooth and the work was done exactly on time.

I had a couple of quotes for my project, but my communication with Vel was far more in depth then any other company. They provided me with options. When the installers came out to measure, they gave me better advice then i was expecting. The outcome was fantastic, better then I originally had visualized. I will only call on them for future projects, they were fair, honest and professional.

I had the pleasure working with VEL to install a full wall height mirror in my mudroom. I chose VEL because its excellent reviews, and VEL didn't disappoint and delivered excellent customer services and great product for the whole process. Kim always kept me updated about the product ordering/installation process, and Randy and another installer did a great job installing the huge mirror. I will definitely recommend VEL for all window and glass related products, and looking forward to using their service again in the future.

We shopped around quite a bit and VEL windows were the most knowledgeable about building codes. They were very helpful while selecting windows. We were impressed with the speed of completion. We had two new basement windows cut, with new wells dug: having the wells dug and the cement cut took one day and the windows were promptly installed the next day.

We booked with VEL a second time to replace our bonus room windows because they were so awesome the first time when we needed to replace our living room window. I found Randy and Kim fantastic to deal with and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We had a dead wasp nest near one of the windows that Aaron spotted and Randy went above and beyond by removing it for us.

Aaron & Chris did a perfect install on my basement bathroom steam shower glass. They were prompt, clean and along with Kim extremely knowledgeable about the product and my requirements. I will definitely be using them on future projects.
